Thomas J. Kempton Jr. Inc. was founded by Thomas Kempton, Jr. in 1949 as the country turned to the independent and hardworking ethic that established our greatness after WWII. Project Team

Mark Kempton is the President of TJ Kempton and aside from directing the company and keeping it connected to its stakeholders, Mark actively supports the estimating process. He is in close contact with the on-site project management teams and can effectively convey the operational communications essential between labor, management and project ownership. With over 25 years of experience, Mark leads his exceptional team in the direction of excellence and can visualize the success of every project.

David L. Kempton’s expertise and outstanding skilled estimating ability have been a culmination of over three decades of plumbing and mechanical contracting experience. David’s understanding and familiarity in the business have endorsed and extremely proficient and talented expediter for fast-track projects. In addition to his involvement and knowledgable contribution within TJ Kempton, David served as president of the MCA Chapter and the New York State PHCC.

Alan L. McGuire began his career as a member of Local 373, Plumbers and Steamfitters Union working as a foreman. He then spent over 30 years as a project manager for several different Mechanical Contracting Company’s. From this, Al brings his experience, knowledge and expertise to TJ Kempton in the HVAC field.

Administrative Team

Our dedicated and responsive administrative team of Carolyn George and Denise Arciero are key players in the company’s daily operations. They work behind the scenes supporting the accounting, estimating and project management departments. With their years of experience and service, they keep us well connected to every phase of our business.
